Magribella is an AI-powered nutritionist and personal trainer app. Coach Bella is an AI — she is not a nutritionist, doctor, personal trainer, or licensed healthcare professional.

IMPORTANT: Magribella is a wellness and lifestyle tool. It does not replace professional medical, nutritional, sports, or psychological care.

• Bella's responses are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies
• Do not make medical decisions based solely on the app
• If you have health conditions, consult a professional before using it
• In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or seek urgent care

To use Magribella you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide truthful information when signing up
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts

Access to Magribella is paid. There is no free plan.

Available plans:

• Monthly: $4.50/month
• Annual: $40/year

Payment methods:

• Credit card (automatic renewal)

Currency:

The amount charged is in the currency applicable to your region — Brazilian Real (BRL) for subscribers in Brazil, and US Dollar (USD) for subscribers in other countries. Any equivalent amounts shown in another currency are approximate and for informational purposes only, and may vary with exchange rates.

Taxes:

Taxes may apply according to applicable law. The final amount, including taxes when applicable, is shown at checkout.

Renewal:

Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through the subscription portal or by emailing suporte@magribella.com. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Where applicable local consumer law grants a right of withdrawal for online purchases (e.g., within 14 days), you may request a full refund within that period.

All app content (name, logo, design, text and technology) belongs to Magribella or its licensors. Content generated by the user remains the user's property.

Magribella is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Decisions made solely based on Bella's suggestions
• Temporary service unavailability

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the mandatory consumer protection rules of the subscriber's country of residence, where applicable.
