2.1 Data you provide:

- Current weight and target weight (in kg)
- Height and age
- Physical activity level
- Food preferences
- Medical conditions voluntarily disclosed (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
- Messages sent to coach Bella
- Progress photos (when voluntarily uploaded)
- Food logs
2.2 Data collected automatically:
- IP address
- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent
- Date and time of access
2.3 Payment data:
Payments are processed by Paddle. Magribella does not store credit card or banking details. All payment data is handled directly by the payment processor.
3. Health data — special treatment
Weight, height, medical conditions and food information are considered sensitive data. We collect this data exclusively with your explicit consent, given during sign-up. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
This data is used exclusively to:
- Personalize coach Bella's responses
- Generate meal plans tailored to your profile
- Track your progress within the app
4. How we use your data
We use your information to:
- Provide and personalize the app's services
- Generate coach Bella's AI-powered responses
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send service-related communications (confirmations, trial reminders)
- Improve the app based on aggregated, anonymous data
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data to:
- Sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes
- Serve third-party targeted advertising within the app
- Make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account remains active, plus 90 days after cancellation or account deletion. Payment data is retained for the period required by applicable tax law (5 years).

10. Minors
The Magribella app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided data without guardian consent, we will delete that data immediately.

We may update this Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the changes.
